My name is Fred McIntyre and I am the founder of Metro West Wines (www.metrowestwines.com) along with my wife Lauren and a long term colleague Paul Lavallee. We are a small company with a big vision: bring elements of service and convenience of wine, beer and liquor delivery to the suburbs of Boston.

Having grown up in Wellesley and being a current resident of Weston, I often found myself routinely driving out of both towns to purchase alcohol. Quite frankly, I found this to be an inconvenience. Why couldn’t someone come up with a service which brought my favorite beverage to me? Hence, the formation of Metro West Wines.

Combining a strong background in high tech, website marketing and business development, the decision was made to launch this business in the hopes of making everyone’s day just a little bit easier.
