Bruce Lerch, Neighbor

In his 30s, Bruce's desire to tell people's stories led him to walk away from a marketing career and get into a graduate program for Journalism at Emerson College. He previously worked in the newspaper business post-college in the late 1990s, and despite trying different careers of a professional nature, writing called him back. Bruce says he's been lucky enough to have gone to China to serve as a media volunteer during the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing and has covered primarily high school sports in the Boston area over the past five years.
