Will Wellesley Get Cluster Subdivisions?
Upcoming public forum on the cluster development strategy will be at Town Hall on Jan 14, starting at 7:30 p.m.
Everything you want to know about a cluster subdivision but were too afraid to ask will be revealed at Town Hall in a couple of weeks. A public forum on the topic of cluster subdivisions was announced recently on the Town website. Jan 14, starting at 7:30 p.m. in the great hall, the Wellesley Planning Department will take questions and share some plans for a handful of new neighborhood subdivisions. Unlike a traditional subdivision, a cluster subdivision groups all of the homes in the neighborhood into a smaller area, in part by focusing less about minimum lot sizes.
