Charges where mentioned do not indicate a conviction.  Loud Rider Officer Derby, at about 8:15 p.m. on May 15, reported seeing a Honda Hatchback on Walnut Street, which appeared significantly lowered and had a loud muffler. These are both violations of road codes. He pulled the vehicle over, and approached the vehicle. He asked the driver for his license, which he said he did not have. A check determined he did not have a license to drive. While speaking with the driver, Derby noticed that a driver in the rear seat was not wearing a seatbelt, and asked him for his identification--police learned that he had an outstanding warrant for his arrest.  The driver, Donoval …

Charges where mentioned do not indicate a conviction.  License Check While performing traffic enforcement at the Oakland Street intersection with Washington Street, Officer Derby saw a passing gray Nissan before 6:30 a.m. on May 15. He performed a random query of the vehicle and learned that the vehicle owner's license had been revoked. After pulling the driver over, he requested the license and registration. The driver handed over his registration and a passport. The driver, identified as Martinelli DeSousa, 29, of Everett was arrested and charged with driving after a license revocation. Charges where mentioned do not indicate a conviction.  Licensed to Stop While on patrol at about 3:30 a.m. on May 7, police noticed a vehicle which reportedly failed to stop at the Wellesley Avenue intersection with Brookside Road. Officer Dennehy pulled the driver over and requested the license and registration. The driver gave him a foreign license. A query determined that the driver's right to drive in Mass. had been revoked. This information was listed under a number assigned on a previous instance where the driver had been pulled over. Charges where mentioned do not indicate a conviction.  Parking and Not Riding Just after 8 p.m. on May 5, Officer Cunningham was patrolling a commercial parking lot on Linden Street. He haw a vehicle parked with two men inside, and queried the vehicle. The query determined that there was an outstanding warrant in the name of the registered owner.  After confirming that the driver was the registered owner, police arrested and charged Michael Reddish of Natick, 21, on the outstanding default warrant out of Framingham District Court. Charges where mentioned do not indicate a conviction.  Warrant Served Officer Derby received word that a warrant was outstanding for Hyde Park man, Raphael Figuero, 21, and that he may be at the Whole Foods location on Washington Street on April 29, before 7 p.m. When police arrived and confirmed that he was present, he was arrested and charged on the outstanding probation warrant. He was booked and transported to the station, then held and taken to court in the morning.  Inspect your License While on patrol on Washington Street near Oakland Street, Officer Lindelof performed a random query on a passing vehicle at about 11:30 p.m. on April 29. Charges where mentioned do not indicate a conviction.  Suspended Query April 20, Officer Lindelof patrolled the area of Church and Abbott Streets, a bit before 6 p.m. After querying a passing Nissan sedan, he learned the vehicle had a suspended registration. The car pulled over at a Rice Street, and the officer requested the driver's license and registration. The driver, identified as Bryan Barillas of East Boston, age 20, said he did not have a valid Mass. license. A query determined that his license had been suspended. He pulled the driver over at the Oak Street intersection and requested license and registration. The driver, identified as Juan Pimentel, Boston resident aged 33, told police that he had the registration, but did not have a Mass. license. Charges where mentioned do not indicate a conviction.  Roadside Snooze At about 11:55 p.m. on April 17, Officer Joseph received a report of a vehicle off the road. Near the 650 block of Worcester Street, he located a Jeep which was stopped on the curb. As he came up, he noticed one person inside who appeared to be asleep at the wheel, and that the right front wheel seemed to have been burst from hitting the curb.  The officer then tapped on the window, and the driver began to stir and woke up. Her eyes appeared bloodshot, and when she spoke, her words were slurred and difficult to understand, and the smell of alcohol hung on her breath. She told the officer that she …

Charges where mentioned do not indicate a conviction.  Changing Lanes While Officer Cunningham was on Washington Street at about 9:45 p.m., eastbound near State Street. He saw a vehicle swerve unsafely, and pulled the car over.  The driver, a New Bedford resident, Adam Reis, age 23, told police that he was unfamiliar with the area. Police learned that he had a suspended license. He was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended license and making an unsafe lane change. Charges where mentioned do not indicate a conviction.  No Bad Publicity On March 31, police received a report of a landscaper who had been distributing fliers around town, placed inside a plastic bag with a few rocks in them. The reporting caller said he was concerned of the rocks getting caught in a snow-blower or lawnmower, and noted he had had issues with these fliers in the past. These fliers had been distributed in the past, and the business has received town bylaw violations in the past as a result. Police also learned that the owner of the business had a suspended license.  On April 1, Officer Carrasquilo made an appointment with the business owner on the flier…
