Wellesley is a sprawling, 10.5 square mile town with a population of just under 29,000. There are all types of houses and condominiums here, ranging in price form the low hundreds of thousands of dollars to several millions. Real estate is a big deal in this town (just look at our blog section). There are dozens of neighborhoods and the town stretches from the quiet suburbs of Dover to “kind of near Boston.” If you were advising a friend who wants to move to Wellesley, where would you tell that person to live in town?
