Host of ‘Bizarre Foods’ Andrew Zimmern to Be Babson’s Entrepreneur-In-Residence
The Travel Channel star will host a kickoff event at Babson next week.
Babson College partnered with a foodie whose palate knows no bounds. Andrew Zimmern, host of the Travel Channel’s Bizarre Foods, is Babson College’s entrepreneur-in-residence, the school announced today. He will work directly with Babson’s Lewis Institute’s Social Innovation Lab as well as the Lab’s Food Sol, an ‘action tank’ focused on innovation in the food system. Zimmern will host an event to kickoff his partnership with the college Feb. 6 at 2:30 p.m. in Olin Auditorium where he will share observations derived from his globetrotting, bizarre-food eating ways. “Andrew will be a tremendous resource for our students and faculty interested in virtually any aspect of food,” said Cheryl Kiser, Executive Director of The Lewis Institute, in …
