2. Board of Selectmen meeting

The Wellesley Board of Selectmen will meet 7 p.m. tonight in the Juliani Room of Town Hall. On the docket is the continued tax classification hearing. For the full agenda click here.


3. School Committee meeting

The School Committee will meet 7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 3 in the Juliani Room of Town Hall. They will discuss the 2014-2015 school calendar, school improvement plans and more. For the complete agenda click here.


4. Two’s Company: Wonderful Winds and Sublime Strings

Join the multiple award-winning Wellesley High School Wind Ensemble, Concert Band and Chamber Orchestra for an evening of classics, contemporary arrangements and newly commissioned works Wednesday, Dec. 4, 7 p.m. Composers include Ralph Vaughan Williams, Percy Grainger, Felix Mendelssohn, George Gershwin and Antonín Dvořák. There will also be a Lady Gaga Fugue. This event is free and open to the public and will take place in the Katherine L. Babson, Jr. Auditorium.


5. West Suburban Veterans District meeting

The West Suburban Veterans District will meet Thursday, Dec. 5, 4 p.m. in Wellesley Town Hall. The director will give an update on veteran benefits, the district budget and more.
