Board of Selectmen to Hold Tax Classification Hearing

1. THIS WEEK’S WEATHER

Monday: Today will be sunny and cold with highs in the lower 30s. Tonight will be mostly cloudy and cold with lows in the lower 20s.

Tuesday: Mostly cloudy and cold. Highs will be in the upper 30s. Tuesday night there is a 60 percent chance of rain. It is likely the rain will turn to snow, then freezing rain. Temperature lows will be in the lower 30s.

2. Photo editing and printing with Picasa

Instructor P. Mays will teach a photo editing class 10 a.m. to noon today at Wellesley Free Library. Learn to use Picasa 3.9 and enhance your digital photos. Registration is required as space is limited.  Register by calling 781-235-1610, extension 1105 or in person at the reference desk.


3. Board of Selectmen meeting

The Board of Selectmen will meet 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 25. They will hold a tax classification hearing and discuss the Town Counsel search, Boston Marathon Invitational entries, Special Town Meeting and more. For the complete agenda click here.


4. Happy Thanksgiving!

Thursday is Thanksgiving! Have fun at the Wellesley vs. Needham football game, eating with family and going shopping on Black Friday. Don’t forget to upload photos from around Needham to the Town Square board.


5. Sing and Swing with Deb Hudgins

Join Wellesley Free Library for Sing and Swing with Deb Hudgins Friday, Nov. 29 from 10:30 to 11:15 a.m. Preschool kids and their grown-ups will enjoy singing, dancing and movement along with stories and a variety of fun props including rhythm instruments, scarves and more. No registration is required.
