Class of ’72 Banner Adorns Old High School
The photo was submitted to Wellesley Patch last week.
The old high school building will soon be torn down, giving way to a new state-of-the-art building for the first time in 74 years.
Some from the Class of ’72 however, will not let the old building go quietly. Reader David Himmelberger took a photo of a banner he saw last week draped around a section of the new building that reads:
’72 bids adieu, we loved the old, enjoy the new.
