The Linden Square Townhomes will soon be condos, after the properties were sold to a Newton corporation.
Renters have been given the option to buy their townhouses, according to a report in The Swellesley Report.
Linden Townhomes LLC, part of Universal Properties of Newton, purchased the 64 housing units for $25.6 million late last year.
