The Wellesley Planning Board will hold a public hearing to review the adequacy of the frontage of 31 Twitchell St. due to the proposed construction of a dwelling at the location.
The purpose of the meeting is to determine if improvements will be required to this unaccepted way in order to upgrade the way to an adequate condition. This meeting is held in accordance with the requirements of Section XIX, Yard Regulations, A., of the Zoning Bylaw and the Rules and Regulations Governing Upgrading of Inadequate Ways. The plans can be reviewed at the Planning Board Office, Town Hall, 525 Washington St..
