Owners may license in person at the Town Clerk's Office or by mail by sending a self addressed stamped envelope including: name, address, name of dog, breed, color, birthdate. Rabies vaccination must be current as of the date of licensing. For renewals the Clerks’s office maintains the date of rabies expiration for each licensed dog, so a certificate is only required if there is a recent update. For new registrations a rabies certificate and proof of neutering is required.

Registrations should be mailed  to the Town Clerk's Office, 525 Washington Street, Wellesley, MA 02482.
