Before 6 p.m., police queried the license information of a blue Nissan on Worcester Street, which revealed the vehicle owner's license was revoked. They stopped the vehicle at Weston Road, and asked the operator for her license and registration. She did not have them, but gave a name and birthday which matched that of the registered owner: Jennifer Archilla-Aparicio of Framingham, 23.

Officer Cunningham noticed that the inspection sticker had expired, and on further inspection learned it belonged on a Saturn. She told police that a family member had recently put it on for her. A query determined that the vehicle did not have a current inspection.

Archilla-Aparicio was arrested and charged with operating on a suspended license, operating an insured vehicle, operating after a revocation, forgery or misuses of DMV documents (the inspection sticker) and not having a current inspection sticker. She was released on personal recognizance.
