The driver told police that his license had been suspended, and handed over a Mass. ID card. After checking the license, Officer Cunningham learned it had been revoked and placed the driver, Sespede Carneiro, Jr., 34, of West Roxbury, under arrest, charged with driving on a revoked license and marked lanes violations.

A vehicle inventory turned up two beers: one unopened, one open, half-full and in a cupholder. The beers were cold to the touch. He was additionally charged with possessing an open container of alcohol in a vehicle.
