Wellesley TD Bank robbery suspect Brian Kalil was arraigned at Dedham District Court today, and held without bail.
When police attempted to apprehend Kalil, he barricaded himself in the eves of the attic and refused to come out. During the nine hour standoff, a police dog was used to finally subdue Kalil, who was bitten during the altercation.
NECN reports that the suspect has had several restraining orders against him and at least 56 prior convictions. Kalil was on probation, which he broke by allegedly committing this crime Sunday.
Kalil was arraigned on two charges stemming from the robbery. He is to go to a dangerous hearing Dec. 24.
