Waltham Sex Offender Arrested on Wellesley Charge
Ralph Fiorentino is a Level 3 sex offender.
A Level 3 sex offender living in Waltham was arrested recently for failing to register as a sex offender, according to Wellesley Police.
Ralph Fiorentino, 42, of 390R Newton St., Waltham, was arrested and charged failing to register as a sex offender on Aug. 16 after Wellesley Police learned he was working in Wellesley, according to Wellesley Police Lt. Marie Cleary.

At around 6:20 p.m. on Aug. 16, Wellesley Police went to Fiorentino’s Waltham home to arrested him on a warrant for failing to register as a sex offender in Wellesley, according to police. He was held on $10,000 bail and later taken to Dedham District Court.

Fiorentino has a prior criminal record for indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 and rape and abuse of child dating back to 2006, according to the Massachusetts Sex Offender Registry. He also has a prior record for the same charged from 2009.
