The following is an excerpt from the Wellesley Police Department log. The following information is open to the public.
On Oct. 1, Marcelo De Souza Araujo, 23, of 31 Draper Road, Framingham was arrested on Washington Street on charges of operating a motor vehicle without a license and speeding.
On Oct. 4, Juan Diaz, 44, of 37 Beaver St., Framingham, was arrested on Central Street on a warrant and on charges of receiving stolen property, second offense and possession of a burglarious instrument.
On Oct. 4, Christopher Lawrence Fogerty, 46, of 24 Barton Road was arrested on Worcester Street on the charge of operating under the influence of liquor, third offense.
On Oct. 6, Charles Crevatis, 27, of 43 Eastern Ave., Haverhill was arrested on Worcester Street on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, unsafe lane change, following too close on a state highway and a marked lanes violation.
