Police To Hold Rx Drug Take Back Day Tomorrow

The police will take back unused old prescription drugs Saturday.

The in conjunction with the Drug Enforcement Association and Wellesley Health Department will take back old prescription medicines tomorrow.

April 28 is a national drug take back day, according to a police news alert.

“The Wellesley Police Department, working with DEA officials, will be collecting potentially dangerous expired, unused, and unwanted prescription drugs for destruction at sites nationwide, including Wellesley,” the alert says.

The service is free and anonymous, no questions asked, according to the alert.
