Edwin Chan of Boston was pronounced dead at after police found him lying in the roadway following a crash on Route 9 near the Route 16 bridge and , according to Lt. Marie Cleary.
“The motorcycle struck a concrete barrier on the right side of the road that separates the Route 9 westbound travel lane from an onramp,” according a statement on the Wellesley Police website.
