House Cleaners Texted Address to Accomplice to Steal from House They Were Cleaning
A Wellesley home was robbed after two area house cleaners texted a third person to inform him the house they were cleaning was empty.
Maura Dinora Gomez-Vidal, 25, of Brighton, and Xenaida Grullon, 22, of Dorchester were arrested Nov. 18 after investigated the robbery. Wellesley Police records clerk Sue Morse said one of the women texted the address of the house they were cleaning to the man who then robbed the home. Electronic equipment and jewelry was stolen, according to Morse.
Gomez-Vidal was charged with conspiracy and acting as an accessory before the fact. Grullon was charged with receiving stolen property over $250.
Man Wanted for Armed Robbery Arrested at His Job on Williams Street
Wellesley Police last week arrested 21-year-old Blake Boston who had a warrant out for armed robbery, larceny of a firearm and assault with a dangerous weapon, at a business on Williams Street where he was an employee.
Wellesley Police were contacted by the Bolton Police Department who informed them Boston worked in Wellesley. Police located Boston, of Millis, at the business, which Wellesley Police have not identified.
Boston was additionally charged with intimidation of a witness.
Man Pulled Over for Driving in Washington Street Parking Lane, Arrested for Driving Without a License
Silvio Oliveira, 21, of Marlborough was pulled over Nov. 18 after an officer observed him driving in an empty row of parking-metered spaces on Washington Street last week.
Oliveira told Officer Michael Gerard that he did not have a driver’s license. Gerard confirmed this and placed Oliveira under arrest.
Man Arrested after Driving While License Was Revoked
Devan G. Frye, 23, of Framingham was arrested last week on motor vehicle-related charges stemming from three warrants.
Officer Nate Derby observed a car driving at 41 mph Nov. 18 on Central Street, a posted 30 mph zone. Derby pulled the vehicle over, and asked Frye, the driver, for his license. Upon doing a routine check, Derby learned Frye’s license had been revoked and that there were three warrants out for his arrest, all for driving while his license had been suspended, according to Morse.
