Motorist Arrested after Arriving at Sun Spa While Police Executed Search Warrant

The following information was supplied by the Wellesley Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A driver pulled onto the Sun Spa property while police were executing a search warrant last week and then left, only to be arrested on charges of driving without a license shortly thereafter.

Noel Farquharson, 28, of 2 Kensington Park, Roxbury drove onto the property at 194 Worcester St. and then continued to drive east on Route 9 during the Oct. 18 search, according to Wellesley Police Lt. Marie Cleary.

Detective Christopher Connelly recognized the driver of the vehicle and proceeded to stop the car down the road. After a routine license query showed Farquahrson was operating without a license, he was arrested and charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle.
