Framingham Man Arrested After Discussing Terms of Restraining Order with Police

Wellesley Police arrested a Framingham man last week after they found him to be in violation of a local restraining order.

Thomas William Murphy, 51, of 60 Higgins Road, Framingham was arrested and charged with three counts of being in violation of a restraining order Oct. 5 after he went to the police station to discuss the terms of the order last week, according to Wellesley Police records clerk Sue Wicklund.

Murphy was charged with one count of calling the person in question and two counts of going to the person’s home, according to Wicklund.
