Lock them up for life or sentence them to death. Those should be the ONLY two options.

And yet another level 3 sex offender arrested (Harvard Sq. T station, 6/14/14), victimizing an autistic person. This isn't going to stop. Catch, re-ajudicate, re-incarcerate. This revolving door policy costs money, not to mention the pain and suffering, and indignation (that the State allowed it to happen) of the victims.

Even if they are registered it doesn't stop them from repeating the crime. Knowing where they live doesn't stop them from walking, driving or taking a bus to bus stops malls libraries playgrounds or anywhere they can easily find more victims
