On Sept. 17, Chanel Gagne, 34, of 15 Independence Dr., Methuen was arrested on Railroad Avenue on two warrants.
On Sept. 21, James Duncan, 28, of 49 Corona Apt. 1, Boston was arrested on Grantland Road on the charge of operating without a license.
On Sept. 21, Brandon Williams, 25, of 36 Settlers Lane, Marlborough was arrested on Worcester Street on charges of operating with a suspended license.
