This Pinnacle Report for Wellesley, MA is written by Elaine Bannigan of  Pinnacle Residential Properties. This report is based on real estate information provided to and compiled by MLS Property Information Network, Inc.

In the period since April 14th- April 21st, four single family properties were introduced and six sold. There are 79 properties remaining.  It’s interesting how so much of the trade-up supply of homes priced between $1M-$1.5 has been absorbed.  Just a year ago, there were 21 properties available in that range and today there are just eight.
