Since December 2nd, four single family properties came on the market and seven sold. As of December 9th, there are 59 properties remaining. That’s the lowest supply we’ve had in quite sometime. Unless we have a severe winter, that may result in an early Spring Market, as sellers and their listing agents decide to ‘get a jump’ on the upcoming competitive new supply.
