Since January 6th, five single family properties came on the market and five sold. As of December 13th, there are only 47 properties remaining. This is Wellesley’s lowest inventory in thirteen years, however, the shortage is very specific to price range – there are only eight houses on the market priced less than $1.5M – i.e., 83% of the supply is priced above that number!
