Since August 26th, one single family property came on the market and four sold. As of September 2nd, there are 77 properties remaining – (versus 108 properties last year). Because of the holidays, there should be fewer new listings this coming week than usual right after Labor Day. Look for an increase in supply towards the middle of this month.
