Since September 2nd, eleven single family properties came on the market and just one sold. As of September 9th, there are 90 properties remaining – (versus 104 properties last year). This is not an indication of the market slowing down. It was a holiday week and probably not the best time to introduce a new listing. Buying activity should increase this week.
