STEPFAST Health Seminar: Learn How to Fight Diabetes and Heart Disease

Sick and tired of being sick and tired? God desires that you enjoy good health! Ready to shed those extra pounds and keep them off? God's plan for health and a balanced life really makes sense! A StepFast Lifestyle Seminar will be held on Sunday afternoons 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm. starting April 29, 2012 for 3 sessions ( Apr 29, May 6, June 10) at Barnes Hall, Framingham Seventh Day Adventist Church, 252 Edgell Rd, Framingham, MA 01701.  The seminars will feature video presentations of preventive healthcare specialists. You'll receive scientific, Bible-based instruction in nutrition, exercise and stress management. Samples of the recipes demonstrated will be served. Participants will engage in a natural foods vegetarian diet, a simple exercise program, and look to God for a practical stress management program. Medical journals contain mounting evidence that the relationship between lifestyle and disease is distinct.  Weight-loss, increased energy, lower blood pressure, and a host of other benefits have been reported from StepFast Lifestyle Seminar  attendees at other sites.

Physicians and other preventive healthcare specialists are present at each seminar in person and via the StepFast Lifestyle video series. The video presentations feature renown authority in prevention and wellness, Neil Nedley, MD, author of Proof Positive, How to Reliably Combat Disease and Achieve Optimal Health through Nutrition and Lifestyle, as well as numerous physicians and health professionals from the Lifestyle Center of America in Sulphur, Oklahoma. During each session, samples of delicious vegetarian recipes are served.
