Tolls Parson Senior Center Will go to The Legislature January 2015 filed by Robert S.Cavanaugh AKA Edwards

three months ago I asked State Representative Alice Hanlon Peisch Wellesley Mass to file my bill to have the tolls parsons senior center at 900 Worcester Street route 9 Wellesley Mass as my Right under The Massachusetts State Constitution The Americans With Disabilities Act 1990 State and Local Government and Massachusetts General Law Chapter 85 under our public safety Laws Reason you excluded me regarding me going or choosing the senior center you violated my right as 63 year old disabled person 3 years ago I turned 60 years old this gives me the right to file under existing civil rights laws and has voter of precinct B I am not a Town Meeting Member Precinct B I have no conflict of interest I have supported The Callahan Senior Center union ave Framingham Mass made the right choice and his safe senior citizens in Wellesley Mass have the same right 900 woecester street is the right choice I give the town a choice to choose a new pool site I find 900 Worcester street for the pool is liability because a child can get out the pool near route 9 and run on the street and get hit by a car or killed this is why I objected to the pool here is what I support at 900 Worcester street the skating rink playing field and the senior center better parking now no problem with the design of the tolls parson senior center would I vote yes to have the tolls parson senior center at 900 Worcester street route 9 Wellesley Mass if I was in town Meeting Member Precinct B YES.
