Obituary: Robert E. Connors, Past President of Cork Management

He was a graduate of St. Sebastians School, Class of 1954, and a member of Harvard University, Class of 1958. He served in the United States Army 1955 to 1957.

Robert was past president of Cork Management, Federal National, Bell Linen Services and vice president of Codman CO. He was a former member of Woodland Golf Club, Longwood Cricket Club and Harvard Club. 

He is survived by his children, Robert E. Connors Jr. of Dover, Terence M. Connors and his wife Beth of Nantucket, Lynne C. Perry and her husband William of Wellesley and Christopher G. Connors and his wife Elisabeth of Southborough; his grandchildren, Caitlin, Bob, Emily, Hannah, Terence, William, Tom, Jack and Colin; his brother, John Connors of Chestnut Hill; and his many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his siblings, James and Thomas Connors and Jane Noonan..

Funeral from the George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home, 477 Washington St., Wellesley, Monday, Jan. 26 at 9 a.m. Funeral Mass in St. Paul Church, Wellesley at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are invited. Interment in Holyhood Cemetery, Brookline.
