Christmas has passed, and now it's time to consider disposing of the tree.
Christmas trees fall under the wood waste category, and so can be brought to the Recycling and Disposal Facility located at 169 Great Plain Ave., Wellesley.
Ornaments and wires should be removed from the tree before disposal.

Recycling and Disposal Facility Hours
Regular hours: Monday through Wednesday, 7 a.m. to noon; Thursdays and Fridays 7 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.; and Saturdays 7 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.

The facility is closed Dec. 24, 25, 31, Jan. 1 and 2.
