Babson Ranked No. 1 Undergrad Business School for Entrepreneurship

Bloomberg Business week gave the local business-focused school the No. 1 ranking for the second straight year.

entrepreneurship program has for the second straight year been named the top program in the country among undergraduate business schools.

Bloomberg Businessweek ranked Babson’s entrepreneurship program first and the school 34th overall in its Top Annual Undergrad B-School by Specialty 2012 survey.

Out of 14 possible categories ranging from microeconomics to corporate strategy, Babson received top 20 ranks in nine of them.

“The fact that nine different disciplines were ranked in the top 20 delivers a strong signal that Babson provides one of the best academic and student experiences in the world,” said Undergraduate Dean Dennis Hanno in a press release. “In particular, I’m thrilled that our leadership in such cutting-edge areas as entrepreneurship, sustainability, and international business has been recognized.”
