Wellesley One Mile for the Hannah Randolph Fund

The Wellesley 1 Miler is a 1 mile run on the roads and fields of the beautiful Elm Bank Reservation. We encourage everyone from competitive adult runners to youth runners and families to come out and support our cause on Mother’s Day.

Course: The one-mile course will run for 3/4 of a mile on the roads and 1/4 mile on the fields in scenic Elm Bank Reservation. See the planned course map on the race website.

Waves: The race will include a race wave, a youth wave (runners 16 and under) and a family wave. The race wave will start at 9 am and the others soon after.

Prizes: We’ll have custom Marshall-made finisher medals for all runners and gift certificates for overall and age-group winners from our generous sponsors.

Cause: All of the proceeds from the race will go to the Hannah Randolph Memorial Fund, established in memory of Hannah Randolph, a Wellesley 9th grader who died in 2012. The fund provides scholarships to 9th graders who share Hannah’s passion for sports, arts, and friendship.
