Warm Vinyasa Yoga at DanceFIT Studio in Natick

warm vinyasa yogaThis class emphasizes sequential movement
between asana (postures) and the breath. It has the ability to build
strength, create flexibility, and release tension in the entire body.
Beginning with breathwork and gentle postures, the class will build
intensity as it progresses, before slowing back down for savasana
(relaxation). *The studio will warmed to a comfortable temperature.
