Nutrition Seminar with Bob Kaplan

Learn how to lose excess fat and keep it off and get in the best shape of  your life. Bob Kaplan, a Transformation Specialist, Exercise  Physiologist, and Nutrition Researcher & Coach for more than 15  years explains the “hows” and “whys” and gives you the tools to succeed  using four critical components:

1. Resistance Training
2. Interval Cardio
3. Nutrition
4. Accountability

Bob will also explain why the conventional wisdom of weight loss and “calories-in/calories-out” is fundamentally flawed and may be the reason why you are struggling to reach your health and fitness goals. In addition, Bob will show you why you may have been focusing on the wrong “Q” - and which “Q” we should hone in on in just about every facet of your life to be successful.

This seminar will include guidance with meal planning as well as meal  selection, and meal timing: which foods to take in when for optimal results.

Bob will explain how resistance training as well as incorporating interval training into your routine help you get the results you want on and off the scale – how to perform the exercises properly, how frequently, and how to fuel your body the right way.

Bob will also talk about why holding yourself accountable by people other  than yourself – and finding the proper motivation (determining your  “why”) – is critical to your success.

Bob takes difficult topics and delivers them in a manner that’s easy to  understand and fun to learn. Bob is knowledgeable and is incredibly passionate about helping improve the health of women in the community.

There will also be a Q&A so Bob can address any of your health and fitness questions and concerns.
