YOGA FOR THOSE 60 AND OVER

Intermediate Level 2 (Prior experience in Level 2 class is a prerequisite). Classes meet on Tuesday mornings, 9:30-11:00.

Minimum of 12 students, maximum of 18.

Judy has been practicing meditation since 1972; yoga since 1981; and teaching both since 1987. She is skilled at adapting the classical yoga postures to meet individual needs, often using chairs, walls and other props to make poses accessible to all levels of experience and mobility.
Classes will meet March 12, 19, 26, April 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 (If needed a make-up class will be Wednesday, April 24, 12:30-2:00 and 2:15-3:45)
