Wellesley College Photo Walk

Experience one of the most beautiful college campuses in the U.S. with the late-afternoon light striking the landscape - a favorite time for photographers. Grab your camera and set out with photographers Dennis Ditto and David Kahn on a tour of their favorite spots for photography, where you'll have time to compose shots of the spring beauty. Learn tips for good composition and try techniques to achieve sharp close-ups and stunning vistas. With two knowledgeable photographers at hand, you will quickly discover how to make the most out of your camera.

Bring your camera, the owner's manual, and any accessories you wish. Tripods are useful but nor essential. There are stairs, hills and uneven paths, so wheeled equipment carriers are discouraged. This walk assumes that you have a good working knowledge of your camera.

Price is $30 for Friends of Wellesley College Botanic Gardens members, $38 for non-members. Pre-registration required. Rain date: May 18.
