This Friday at 2:30 PM, The Wellesley Community Center is home to an open house, hosted by adolescentwellness.org. Bob Anthony, the prinicpal, is going to share ways in which teenagers can look at creative and different ways to take on the everyday challenges that face them as young adults in the making.
"Adolescent Wellness, Inc. (AWI) delivers practical
activities for healthy kids to practice balancing the weight of life’s
worries with the relief of skills and knowledge. This improves their
resilience, reducing the risk of developing anxiety or depression."
If you would like to take advantage of this informational seminar, it will be held this Friday in Henderson Hall from 2:30PM to 5:00PM on the upper level. Further information is available at info@wellesleycommunitycenter.org.
