Well, never has this been more fitting than when referring to the current real estate market and whether or not now is a good time to list your Wellesley home. The answer is, a resounding YES!

What you'll see is that inventory is at a 3 year low, sales are at a record high and the proof that there is pent up demand- is shown clearly by both the rising "median sales price as well as the "sales to price to list price ratio"!
I have seen an increase in buyer turnout, not only at open houses but with showing requests as well. There are a lot of pre-qualified buyers out there right now and with interest rates starting to rise and a low inventory- the market is heating up! Dare I say- we are in a "seller's market"? For right now, yes. And that means more offers (sometimes multiple), and ultimately more sales. best news is it's at the low-end, it's at the high-end and everything in-between.
