Wellesley Starting to Get Snowed In

As winter hits Wellesley once again, we invite you to share your photos and experiences.

Many commuters discovered, as they set off to work this morning, that a blanket of snow had appeared overnight.

The National Weather Service predicts about three to five inches total as snow and sleet showers continue to fall until about 4 p.m., with a 90 percent chance of precipitation. At this time, there are no school cancelations reported by WCVB or by WHDH either.

They also predict decreasing clouds in the evening, clearing up for a partly sunny day tomorrow, with highs of around 40ºF.

There is cause for caution on the road as well. Scanner reports at about 8:30 a.m. indicated a crash at Glen Road and Hundreds Road involving a bus and a snow plow; there were no reported injuries.

What are your experiences yet? Have you come across any roads which are closed, or witnessed any near misses on the road? Or, have you had a slow, but relatively peaceful commute?

Share your photos of Wellesley in the Snow, while you're at it.
