Susy Jordan, town horticulture technician, tended the traffic island at the corner of Wellesley Avenue and Washington Street this morning. She was busy planting summer annuals, white and purple varieties.
Traffic flowed smoothly around her as she worked in the pleasant, sunny Wednesday weather, a short walk away from Hunnewell Park and Town Hall.
