1. The nice weather came to an end today, with showers and thunderstorms in the National Weather Service forecast. Rain could be heavy at times, and temperatures should peak in the low 70s.

2. President Barack Obama will be nearby tonight. He's scheduled to be in Weston for a fundraising dinner at the home of Judith and Douglas Krupp.

3. Caterpillar Club for kids from pre-kindergarten through second grade will be held at the Massachusetts Horticultural Society at 10 a.m.

4. (the West Suburban Alliance of Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer Youth) has a meeting today at the Unitarian Universalist Society.

5. The Atletico Soccer Academy Camp is holding registration for its two sessions, one of which begins July 16 at Massachusetts Bay Community College.
