The Haynes Management, Inc. Brokerage team consisting of Vida Doyle and Michael Hoban recently represented the Landlord in six transactions totaling 10,295 square feet of office space in Wellesley.
The transactions took place in six different buildings within the 33 Wellesley commercial office buildings in the Haynes Management Portfolio. Of the six deals, four were leases to new tenants joining us and two were expansions for existing tenants within our portfolio.
