LINX Voice Students Perform for the Enjoyment of Newton Wellesley Alzheimer's Care Center Residents

WELLESLEY, MA – April 3 – Residents of Newton Wellesley Center for Alzheimer’s Care, Wellesley, MA, enjoyed a short vocal performance by LINX voice students on March 28, 2014.

LINX’s Platinum Voice group of 5th to 8th graders sang a Broadway Medley, and the 5 and 6-year-old members of the Junior Voice Team sang Rainbow Connection from The Muppets, and Get Happy by The Partridge Family. With the support of the older singers, the youngest performers really got into singing the final piece, Let It Go, from the movie Frozen, making the event a joyous experience for all. The young performers were eager to connect with this unique community, and they were equally well-received by the residents of the center.
