Haynes Management Leases Office Space in Wellesley

Vida Doyle and Michael Hoban of Haynes Management, Inc. represented the Landlords, Wellesley/Cedar Street LLC and Haynes Management Inc., in three transactions totaling 9,610 square feet to fully lease up two buildings, one at 110 Cedar Street and one at 47 River Street in Wellesley Hills, MA.

110 Cedar Street is a three-story, 30,000 square foot multi-tenant office building strategically situated in close prox-imity to the junction of Route 128 and Route 9. The building offers quick access to the Mass Turnpike and other major highways west of Boston. Amenities and shops are a short drive up Cedar Street to Wellesley Lower Falls.

47 River Street is a cluster of three small, two-story office buildings situated on the Wellesley-Newton town line and close to the intersection of Route 16 and Route 128. Amenities and shops are just around the corner and many of the complex’s windows provide views of the Charles River.

Moving into 110 Cedar Street is ClearView® Audio who were represented by Mike Shreve of T3 Advisors.
