Description: The chief medical officer is the senior most clinical executive of the company and will be a member of the company’s senior executive team, reporting directly to the CEO. The chief medical officer will be responsible for the medical policy of the company, setting the clinical strategy and ensuring implementation of the clinical care management plans. Qualifications:
M.A. required, but Ph.D. preferred in assessment and measurement, quantitative psychology, statistics, or similar.
One to two years of professional experience in research or working for a publisher of psychological assessments. Internship experience will be considered.
High level of computer literacy, with extensive skills in designing, running, reporting and interpreting SPSS and Mplus statistical software analyses. Experience with IRT preferred.
