Farmers' Market Offers Sneak Peek Today

Check the parking lot of Whole Foods between 2 and 6 p.m.

The new on Washington Street will host opening day of Wellesley’s very own farmers' market this afternoon.

The market opens today at 2 p.m. and will feature baby bok choy, sweet peas, micro greens, cheddar buns and flowers—a sampling of what will be available throughout the summer, according to a press release by the Massachusetts Horticultural Society, which is underwriting the market.

The market, which will be open Thursdays through October, is a of town boards, committees and volunteers. The market will have an official opening ceremony next Thursday.
