Job: Legal assistant
Take key role and responsibility for organizing the activities of a busy team of lawyers and paralegals.
Use MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint to prepare a wide variety of documents and presentations.
Maintain legal file system on a current basis.
Manage busy calendar/appointment schedules of lawyers.
Answer the telephone and redirect as necessary
Make travel and hotel arrangements and order supplies.
Other day-to-day administrative matters and special projects
Intermediate Microsoft office skills in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience managing a litigation a calendar
Knowledge and experience dealing with Litigation Rule 9A
Recent experience in a legal setting
Location: Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates
Description: Under the direction of the department supervisor or designee, participates in a medical team dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and strengthening the patient/clinician relationship. Works to improve clinical operations efficiencies through coordination of telephone contact between team clinician(s); patients, and referrals outside the unit. Initiates standard follow-up procedures for proper handling of patient needs. Provides related clerical duties to the practice, demonstrating a high level of competence.
High school graduate or equivalent
Associate's degree in medical assisting or graduate of certification program preferred
Minimum of one year experience in a clinical setting, or graduate of Medical Assistant/Medical Office training program
Computer experience required; knowledge of EMR or computerized appointment scheduling helpful
Experience with children and families strongly preferred
Experience with telephone triage or call center experience in a clinical setting highly desired
Description: The Compliance Supervisor works closely with the VP of Regulatory Affairs/Compliance Officer and Clinical Practice Directors and is responsible for ongoing regulatory and clinical activities.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree, preferably with prior experience in health care or equivalent work experience.

Description: Part time for ages 6, 4 and 18 months.
Qualifications: You would have to feel comfortable driving to and from activities.
Location: Babson College Hillel
Description: Assist with the organizing and facilitation of particular Hillel programs. The successful candidate will work to strengthen and sustain a meaningful, vibrant and pluralistic Jewish campus community through programmatic efforts. The programs last between two to five hours and require a candidate who can be flexible. Possibility of some evenings and week day lunch time programming.
A Bachelor’s degree is required
A minimum of one year of student programming experience, preferably in higher education or the Jewish community is a plus
